Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with Indiana Academic Standards for Social Studies and Civics.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including lectures, discussions, group activities, and technology-based tools.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Incorporate current events and real-world examples into lessons to make learning relevant.
- Assessment and Evaluation :
- Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
