We are seeking an attentive, results-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our expanding office based in the greater West Palm Beach area. The Entry Level Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing client service solutions while working in a team-oriented setting.
Providing exceptional client service and support is at the forefront of how we interact with clients and ensure that we are creating memorable experiences throughout every interaction. We strive to understand, anticipate and solve any client request or concern in an effort to expedite the resolution and provide more time to focus on what truly matters. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will manage and oversee a set of new and existing client accounts seamlessly guiding them through service solutions, order requests, and product delivery. The primary focus of the Entry Level Account Manager role is to ensure that our clients are receiving outstanding service, so that their needs are met with ease, peace of mind, and ultimate satisfaction.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated territory and execute customer service, account support, and sales for new and existing accounts
- Provide exceptional client support by meeting one-on-one with accounts and using active listening and consultative questioning to recommend appropriate products
- Knowledgeable about all product and service solutions as well as compliance procedures
- Effectively identify and troubleshoot any client issues and escalate to the appropriate department or team lead if required
- Recommend products or services that best suit the client’s needs
- Identify and implement best practices for Account Management including proactive outreach, regular follow-up, and account maintenance
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all clients, customers and Entry Level Account Manager team members
- Track and report progress related to client retention, client satisfaction and other matters related to sales
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing is highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management type position overseeing multiple projects or team members at a given time
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, sales and growth
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results in a timely and efficient manner
- Must live a commutable distance to our office located in West Palm Beach

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
