Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong service background and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Daily Duties:
- Travel in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
- Engage with diverse customers daily and represent the dealership.
- Organize and prepare for daily appointments.
- Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders in a clean and efficient manner.
- Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication.
- Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on repair orders.
- Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
- Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions.
- Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Valid driver's license.
- ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- Service Technician experience preferred.
- Strong use of technological devices including tablets.
