Your Responsibility:
Effectively drive and close sales in your territory.
WARM LEADS provided daily.
Quick response sales program in residential neighborhoods
Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success.
Work and collaborate with a highly motivated sales team.
Manage a sale cycle.
Work a 40-hr schedule to meet with homeowners. What you put in, is what you will get out. Sales reps that are driven and go above and beyond are extremely successful.
Compensation:
Base Commission . Bi-weekly Draw. On target earnings $90-180k

Hunter mentality. Close WARM LEADS and close neighbors.
