What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Administrative Assistant position at West Pole Partners, LLC?
West Pole Partners Team at Keller Williams Realty is looking to hire a local, part time (10-20 hours / week) assistant, reporting to the Director of Operations, who can help us with marketing, event planning, and general real estate administrative needs. Ideally this person is a licensed real estate agent or is working getting licensed. Our agents are on the go, so the job would require someone who is flexible and self-motivated. This would be a great opportunity for a new real estate agent just starting out who would like to make some money while building their business!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DOO and Team Founder to implement the company’s mission, strategic vision, operating principles, and culture
- Grow brand awareness and reach with campaigns that enlarge the database and increase client satisfaction, thus generating more leads and client referrals
- Manage creation, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing for WPP internally and in support of our team members including events, open houses, broker’s open ranches, listings, social media, e-newsletters, websites, direct mail, etc.
- Responsible for generating ideas and posting for social media content & engagement (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Manage vendors, and ensure on-time and execution of all campaigns
- Ensure unity of brand, messaging, and style across all communication media
- Event Planning – secure event space, work with vendors, coordinate catering
- Residential Listing Support (license holders only) : hold open houses, assist in showings, run signs, flyers, etc.
