Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Educate students in various subjects, focusing on Math and science disciplines including Trigonometry and Organic Chemistry.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring to students who require additional support.
- Conduct research to stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the school.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Strong knowledge of Math concepts, particularly Trigonometry, as well as Organic Chemistry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate high school students.
- Experience in private school settings is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the school community.
