What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bowling Control Counter Person position at West Seattle Bowl?
We are looking for one service-oriented Bowling Control Counter person to be a part of our team!
Full-time position available
Some of the tasks required:
· positive guest interaction - both with our regular league bowlers and general "open play" customers
· reservation set-up and assistance
· league management and statistical input
· cash handling
· basic cleaning duties
Successful candidates must have the following characteristics:
- excellent interpersonal skills
- impeccable customer service skills

- strong work ethic
- strong decision-making skills
Requirements:
- must be flexible with scheduling (evenings & weekends are required)
- must be able to lift 50lbs
- Previous Bowling Industry and Customer Service experience a plus
Rewards:
- $21.00-$23.00 hourly wage depending on customer service experience
- $1.50 per hour food credit to our restaurant
- This is a tipped position but tips aren’t guaranteed
- Up to 3% match on our 401k plan
- Free Open Play Bowling during off-peak times
