As an Assistant Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by consistently delivering five-star Window and Door installation experiences to our customers.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Effectively lead a team of installers to achieve revenue targets for the branch with quality and customer experience as a priority
- Support a team of lead installers and installers to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing sustainment training as needed.
- Train and develop new installers or lead installers as needed.
- Collaborate with other installers on the same job site, and to support them or provide guidance as needed.

- Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry
