As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by executing optimization efforts to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates for traffic coming from all West Shore Home Marketing channels.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Work closely with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams to build, QA, launch, and monitor A/B tests to support continued improvement in conversion rate for all landing pages.
- Create, organize, and monitor all aspects (e.g., setup vanity URLs, redirects, add copy and creative elements, etc.) of landing pages developed cross-functionally between our Digital Marketing and Media teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Manage the end-to-end experimentation process including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, and results measuring and recommendations to assure continued campaign performance.
- Advocate user-centered design methodologies and incorporate qualitative and quantitative research findings to enhance optimization tests and guide decisions that improve campaign performance.
What It Takes To Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience with conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
- This individual will need to be a self-starter and always be seeking ways to improve landing page performance by paying close attention to the data and staying ahead of trends in user behavior, studying our competition and constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve.
