This is an onsite position in Mechanicsburg, PA, with Evening Shift hours of Monday-Saturday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM, with 1 weekday off
As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Division Operations team in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by taking an aggressive approach to schedule jobs and optimize resources to meet revenue targets across all branches.
As a Division Revenue Efficiency Coordinator at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by scheduling customers and optimizing resources to meet revenue targets, through high-volume calling per KPIs assigned. Through inbound and outbound communication to and from customers, this position will fill and confirm all upcoming calendar openings for pre-install, install and install service appointments.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Efficiently schedule jobs and optimize resources to meet revenue targets, through high-volume calling per KPIs assigned.
- Fill all upcoming calendar openings by maximizing headcount and offering customers earlier appointment dates, when applicable.
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner and redirect customers as needed.
- Place outbound calls to customers to schedule and reschedule pre-install, install, and install service appointments.
- Place outbound calls to confirm upcoming pre-install, install and install service appointments with customers.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 year’s Customer Service experience preferred.
- Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM, with 1 weekday off
- Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site)
- Seniority Level: Entry-level
