As a Senior HRIS Specialist at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by supporting and maintaining the organizations HRIS applications and modules. You will report directly to our HRIS Manager and work closely with the HR team. Ownership to maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow with no interruptions to company processes. Responsible to configure and test the Ceridian Dayforce system and related procedures to ensure they adhere to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, conducts testing, and ensures data accuracy. Provide HR systems support to corporate and divisional team members, including training, configuring system access, and issue troubleshooting. Ownership over the configuration, maintenance, provisioning, operational and ongoing administration of key Ceridian Dayforce modules, workflows, and forms. Control over system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation of upgrade or fix. Well provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that youll bring : Bachelors degree required, HR or technical degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience in an HRIS Analyst function. other HRIS platforms will be considered. Two (2) years experience building conditional workflows and forms in SQL and XML strongly preferred. Familiarity with SQL, XML, and / or PowerBI is highly preferred.
