What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the division’s strategic business plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers and corporate leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment on strategies
- Oversee the division’s profits and losses (P&L), ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budget plans in alignment with corporate goals.
- Drive sales performance by setting ambitious yet achievable revenue targets across branches within assigned division.
- Oversee branch-level sales strategies, ensuring alignment with division-wide goals.
- Standardize and optimize branch operations, including inventory management, resource allocation, and process efficiency.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, quality control, and customer service
- Champion a customer-centric approach in all branch operations to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance across division with Company policies, industry standards, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between branch operations and executive leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources (HR) teams to support branch initiatives and resolve challenges.
- Develop and execute a robust succession plan in alignment with West Shore Home leadership principles.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the CRO, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

- The urgency to address any issues within the division proactively as they arise.
- Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and measuring employee performance
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
- A commitment to continual improvement, both individually and within the team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading geographically diverse team to hit metrics and KPIs; prior construction industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading a multi-location business unit exceeding $200 million in annual revenue or demonstrated experience leading large scale organizations preferred.
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
