Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician (5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability for on-call shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree a plus.
