Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our childcare team. As a'n Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lead teachers and providing exceptional care to our students. The ideal candidate will be able to create a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.
Availability:
Part Time and Full Time Positions Available
Duties:
- Assist teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children
- Support the development and implementation of our Creative curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for our students, adhering to our daycare policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents and teachers
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your knowledge of early childhood education and improve your teaching practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or students, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education and its principles.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and literacy education.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
- A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in early childhood education.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.25 per hour
