- Providing first-line customer service to all prospective residents and current residents
- Answering all incoming calls and emails
- Completing rental forms and agreements
- Collecting rents/deposits
- Assisting the Property Manager in collection of delinquent rents
- Proactively looking for ways to better the experience for our residents
- Processing of all administrative forms and reports
- Perform residential leasing, telephone and sales techniques successfully
- Send out late notices and file evictions
- Other duties as determined and required by the Property Manager
