We’re Hiring: Rockstar Property Manager for 348-Unit Multifamily Community!

We’re looking for a seasoned property manager who is a true self-starter and takes initiative to join our team at a thriving 348-unit multifamily property. If you have a proven track record of managing large apartment communities and are passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth management of all aspects of the community
• Lead and inspire a team, including leasing agents, maintenance staff, and other property personnel
• Manage tenant relations, addressing issues and resolving concerns with a proactive and customer-focused approach
• Maintain property compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Drive leasing and renewal strategies to ensure high occupancy rates
• Implement cost-effective solutions for maintenance and operational efficiency
• Stay ahead of the competition by identifying and implementing innovative property management strategies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing multifamily properties, ideally 200 units
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial targets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Knowledge of property management software and industry best practices
