What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HRIS Specialist position at West Shore?

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by providing guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.
As a Senior HRIS Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting and maintaining the organization's HRIS applications and modules. You will report directly to our HRIS Manager and work closely with the HR team.
What You'll Contribute
- Ownership to maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow with no interruptions to company processes.
- Responsible to configure and test the Ceridian Dayforce system and related procedures to ensure they adhere to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines. Ownership of specific modules within the Dayforce system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, conducts testing, and ensures data accuracy.
- Provide HR systems support to corporate and divisional team members, including training, configuring system access, and issue troubleshooting.
- Ownership over the configuration, maintenance, provisioning, operational and ongoing administration of key Ceridian Dayforce modules, workflows, and forms.
- Control over system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation of upgrade or fix.
