Forklift Operator / Order Picker (Night Shift)

• Inspect product load for accuracy, and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete loading of route trucks. 
• Electronically records all product movement receiving, replenishments and picks in the WMS. 
• Follow FIFO inventory system when loading all products.
• Ensure all trailers to be unloaded or loaded are secure and chocked according to company policy.   
• Move controls to drive forklift trucks and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Responsible for keeping company equipment clean and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor. 
• Report all accidents to management and fill out an accident/incident report immediately.
• Move levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack material.
• Complete pre-trip inspection of forklift and turn in daily.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or other transport vehicles.
• Verify inventory of incoming and outgoing product loads to ensure accuracy.
• Assemble product on to pallets accurately and load into route trucks.
• Rotate product according to supplier agreement.
• Strip product and empties from route trucks and festival events.
• Handle and move product in a safe manner to prevent any product breakage or damage.   
• Responsible for any on-going training.

• Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Experience : One to two years related experience
• Computer Skills : Proficient with basic computer skills.
• Certificates & Licenses:  Valid Driver’s License; Commercial Driver’s License is preferred
• Other Requirements: Must pass physical, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle report.
