In this role, you will play a key part in transforming our customers’ spaces by guiding them through the selection and purchasing process for window treatments, flooring, countertops, wallpaper, and other home design products. Your role combines in-store customer service with on-site consultations to create personalized design solutions tailored to each client’s needs and style.

Your role combines in-store customer service with on-site consultations to create personalized design solutions tailored to each client’s needs and style.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing expert advice on home design products such as window treatments, flooring, countertops, wallpaper, and more.
- Understand customer preferences and offer tailored recommendations that align with their aesthetic, functional, and budgetary needs.
- Travel to customers’ homes or businesses for on-site consultations, including measuring spaces, evaluating lighting, and offering design suggestions for paint colors and materials.
- Create detailed quotes and proposals based on customer needs and product specifications.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest trends, styles, and product offerings in home design.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services.
- Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing, including updating displays to reflect current trends and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or interior design (experience in home improvement or decor is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of home design elements, including window treatments, flooring, and color coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for in-home consultations.
