Summary
As a Substitute Teacher at West Side Montessori, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students. You will be responsible for implementing lesson plans and ensuring a supportive learning environment that aligns with our Montessori principles.
Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans in accordance with the Montessori curriculum.
- Supervise and engage students in various educational activities.
- Maintain classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- High school Diploma
- Previous experience in childcare or educational settings is a plus
- Knowledge of Montessori education methods is a plus
