West Side Social is coming to Pella in Spring 2025!
Pella's dining and entertainment destination is looking to hire our opening General Manager!
The right applicant will have at least 4 years of full service leadership experience. A positive leadership style and a guest centered approach to hospitality are a must.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant, both front and back of house. Including scheduling, ordering products, inventory, ensuring a great guest experience and exceeding their expectations while handling all guest and employee relations. Must be available nights and weekends.
Benefits available include matched 401K, health, dental & vision insurance and paid time off.
Salary $75,000 - $90,000 or DOE
