Westside Lutheran Church Summer OST Program seeking energetic, committed staff to care for children grades Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Qualifications
- Experience with children or in a childcare setting is preferred but not required. College students and High School students who are 16 years or older are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- This position would require being in charge of a group of school-aged children during daytime hours (Monday-Friday).
- Within the program, each leader is responsible for providing fun activities to occupy the children’s time while at the program
- Each leader would follow a structured schedule that would move their group from one area to another. Areas used would provide the children the opportunity for physical activity, craft time, quiet time, outside play, socialization, fieldtrips/swim days and group games.
Hours available to staff
- 7:00 am – 5:45 pm… Monday-Friday.
- Start date: no later than May 22, 2025 preferred… Program runs through August 15, 2025.
