Position : Payroll Admin- Part Time
Department : Human Resources
Reports To : HR Generalist
- This is a part-time, in-person, position. Schedule could either be Mondays & Tuesdays from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, or Monday- Thursday for 4 hours per day.

Competitive Pay : Earn $18.00- $21.00 per hour (depending on your experience). Accurate Payroll Processing : You’ll take charge of processing employee payroll on scheduled dates, ensuring timely and correct payments.Monitor Time Reporting : Proactively monitor our electronic time reporting system to prevent errors and work with managers to address any issues.Resolve Payroll Inquiries : Be the go-to person for employees, answering their payroll-related questions and resolving any concerns with professionalism and accuracy.Bonus & Commission Payouts : You’ll manage bonus and commission payouts, ensuring everything is handled promptly and correctly.Generate Payroll Reports : Prepare and maintain important payroll reports for internal use and compliance.Employee Benefits & Union Payments : Process invoices related to employee benefits and union employee fund payments.HR Collaboration : Work closely with the HR department to maintain up-to-date employee data and ensure smooth payroll integration.What We’re Looking For :
Previous Payroll Experience : Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk, Payroll Specialist, or similar role. Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or QuickBooks is highly preferred.Knowledge of Payroll Regulations : Understanding of wage laws, confidentiality policies, and employee notification requirements.Tech-Savvy : Comfort with standard desktop applications and payroll systems.Accuracy & Confidentiality : A high level of attention to detail, precision in processing data, and commitment to confidentiality.Great Communication Skills : Ability to address employee questions and resolve payroll concerns in a professional and approachable mannerReady to Join Us?
