Paid Vacation and Sick Leave 13 Paid Holidays 230 work days during the 2024-2025 school year Professional Growth Program: For every six (6) units of junior or university units the employee will receive a yearly salary increment of $400 per six (6) units. The maximum number of units shall be eighteen (18). The maximum number of units credited cannot exceed six (6) per year.
