LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE ELA TEACHER - MIDDLE SCHOOL FOUNDATIONS
WEST SPRINGFIELD MIDDLE SCHOOL
This long term substitute assignment will be a sixth grade position that teaches executive functioning skills, note taking, basic math, ELA, and US Geography skills. This position helps students transition from Elementary to Middle School and supports students with organizational and basic skills necessary to be successful at this level.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution;
*Massachusetts D.E.S.E. Certification in MS ELA 5-8, Social Studies 5-8 or Math 5-8 is preferred
Salary: $125.00/day to $153.00/day(DESE certified)
Position expected to begin August 25, 2025 and end approximately November 2025.
