You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS, Including
- Dedication to the projects assigned, ensuring that each customer leaves impressed.
- Pre-arrival coordination of assigned customer projects and arrival debrief coordination.
- Planning and coordinating an overview of aircraft workflow, providing schedule calendars as necessary based on work scope.
- Assisting any department if problems arise.
- Serving as the central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
- Working independently on projects and coordinating multiple projects as assigned; schedule and work quality are essential in these functions.
- Collaborating with customers in project management, pricing, and customer support roles.
- Assisting, as necessary, with the Sales and Contracts Departments for assigned aircraft.
- Conducting post-departure follow-ups with customers.
- Effectively and clearly communicating (i.e., speaking, writing, and reading) in English.
- Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by management.
