About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill the position of General Manager at the WEST STONE COUNTY WATER ASSOCIATION. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage outside employees to ensure the successful operation of the water system.
- Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on water usage and system performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years of experience in water management or a related field.
- Class 3 Water Operators license.
- Plumbing inspector license.
