General Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of General Manager at WEST STONE COUNTY WATER ASSOCIATION.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all outside operations, including water line repairs, meter reading, and shut offs.
- Supervise outside employees to ensure efficient operation of the water system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the water industry with knowledge of water equipment.
- Able to manage employees fairly, discipline when necessary, and work collaboratively with the Office Manager.
Education and Certifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Three years of previous water supervisory experience.
- Class 3 Water Operators license.
- Plumbing inspector license.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
