">As the General Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful operation of the water system. This includes:

- Oversight of all outside operations, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections; ">
- SUPERVISION OF OUTSIDE EMPLOYEES TO MEET REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO SUCCESSFULLY OPERATE THE WATER SYSTEM; ">
- Future development plans and upgrades; ">
- Inspect and approve new waterline installations; ">
- Responsibility for being on call for emergencies; ">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Experience in the water industry with knowledge of water equipment; ">
- Able to deal with employees fairly and discipline when warranted; ">
- Ability to supervise and work with the Office Manager in all areas; ">
- High School graduate or equivalent; ">
- Three years previous water supervisory experience; ">
- A Class 3 Water Operators license; ">
- A plumbing inspector license; ">
- A valid driver's license; ">
- Pass a background check and drug screen; ">
