JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration, maintains responsibility for the daily operations of staffing, assigned payroll and clerical duties for the Division of Nursing. Performs clerical duties as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Two (2) to three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial experience, preferably in a nursing office setting.
- Completion of a High School Diploma or its’ equivalent including coursework in typing, office machines and office practices.
- The analytical ability to perform detailed data gathering and distribution through computer applications. Previous experience with Microsoft Office software highly desirable.
- A high level of interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with various level of hospital staff and others outside of the hospital.
- The ability to use independent judgment to complete tasks.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
