We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for our Associate Account Executive - Inside Sales opportunities onsite in our Islandia NY office. The main objective of this role will be to sell TeleVox Practice Edition to a range of healthcare facilities, including physician offices, specialty clinics (such as optometrists and chiropractors), and any organization managing a patient or member base in these areas.
The ideal candidate will have inside sales experience, a high level of enthusiasm for cold calling, and strong motivation to achieve success. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound sales calls, engaging in proactive outreach to prospective clients within the healthcare industry, promoting and selling TeleVox Practice Edition.
In collaboration with the sales team, you will develop effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and objectives. Utilizing CRM software, you will manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. Additionally, you will work closely with the leads gen and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers through various channels.
As a strong negotiator and persuader, you will successfully close deals and meet sales targets. This role requires a high energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You should possess good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
