Job Title : Commercial Building Automation Technician
Pay Scale : $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance, and on going training attendance.
Work Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, with 1 hour lunch; some on call responsibilities to cover 24 / 7 occasional emergency needs; some weekends and evenings
Primary Job Function : To provide maintenance, repair, and installations on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Building Automation Manager regarding job status, customer feedback, technical training, inventory, and area needs.
Reports to : Building Automation Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Repair and replace existing equipment such as DDC, pneumatic, temperature and pressure sensors, transducers, transmitters, relays, motor starters, etc
- Will require assisting other HVAC technicians and mechanics with projects and service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Will be required to shift attention on short notices and handle multiple responsibilities to satisfy customer needs.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
