About the Job:
West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As an RRT or CRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 29-bed med surg unit, 9-bed CCU, and 11-bed ER.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide respiratory care services to patients with a range of conditions, including ventilator management and EKG monitoring
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct ongoing assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
* Current RRT or CRT licensure in Tennessee
* Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care settings
* Proficiency in Hamilton G5 ventilators, V60 bipaps, vapotherms, Mortara EKG machines, and EPOC abg machines
Schedule and Benefits:
* Night shift opportunities available (1830-0630)
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call requirements
* Competitive compensation package and benefits offered
Additional Information:
* McKesson EMR experience preferred
* Uniform scrub color: black
* Required for Qualivis.Aya Placements: I9 Required. Government issued photo ID required.
