- Recruit volunteers and participants for programs, ensuring a diverse representation of the community.
- Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, providing reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Assist in program development by identifying community needs and proposing solutions.
- Market programs through various channels including social media, newsletters, and community events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or program development within a community-focused environment.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Background in social work or public health is preferred but not required.
- Experience in volunteer management, including recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed for events.
