What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Sales Associate position at West Tennessee Ornamental Door?
Seeking Customer Service person selling parts to our customers. Take orders over the phone, fax and email, pull orders or packaging to ship out. Must be able to lift 75 lbs boxes. The ideal candidate would have experience with QB's Enterprise or any other order entry system. Experience working with parts sales to automotive, locksmith sales, fence, gates, ornamental iron, gate operator, access contol or low voltage equipment experience would be helpful.
Job Description:
-Assist customers selling a variety of parts used in the manufacture of ornamental iron, fence, gates, access contol systems and locksmith sales.
- Ships small parts out UPS/FedEx/ LTL freight.
- Develop product price quotes for parts send by fax/email.
-Responds to customer request regarding delivery date and job estimates.
-Provide customer service support for product warranty and damage from shipping.
Helpful Experience for the Job:
-Experience Word, Excel, Quickbooks programs.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
