We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for creating compelling content across various social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
• Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in budgeting for social media initiatives and track expenditures against the budget.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Familiarity with WordPress for content management is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus for optimizing posts and integrating multimedia elements.
• Experience in product management or content marketing is beneficial.
• Strong research skills to analyze market trends and audience preferences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC advertising, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail in crafting engaging content.
