Supervise crews, manage job plans, and ensure daily goals are met safely and efficiently. Oversee a portfolio of multi-disciplined personnel, equipment, project scope, customer requests, and regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all Safety Procedures, Company Policies, Practices, and Procedures, as well as Local, State, and Federal Regulations.
- Develop and manage daily and weekly job plans, including work schedules, goals, and tasks.
- Coordinate work plans and objectives with the Project Manager.
- Direct and deploy personnel and equipment to meet plans and objectives.
- Manage employee performance and compliance issues.
- Complete all administrative requirements on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment, including basic maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct on-site communications, including daily briefings and debriefings.
- Train personnel on proper operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain minimum stocking levels of supplies and tools.
- Report and document all safety violations, incidents, near misses, and lessons learned.
- Operate equipment or perform manual tasks as needed.
- Load and haul equipment as required.
- Provide feedback to the Project Manager on plans, performance, equipment, or work practices.
- Coach subordinates.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work long hours in a high-stress environment, including outside normal business hours.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid CDL required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience.
