Job Title: New Accounts Representative/Teller
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time New Accounts Representative/Teller at our West Union Bank location in Harrisville, WV.
As a New Accounts Representative/Teller, you will be responsible for opening, processing, and maintaining deposit accounts. You will also perform various teller duties, including operating fax machines, adding machines, copiers, and typewriters.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a passion for helping others, and be eager to learn new tasks. Previous experience as a New Accounts/Teller is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and process deposit accounts
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform teller duties, including cash handling and customer service
- Stay up-to-date on key regulations and bank policies

- Excellent communication and telephone skills

Schedule:
The schedule for this position will vary depending on the week, with some weeks requiring 5 days of work (Monday-Thursday: 8 AM-5 PM, Friday: 9 AM-6 PM, Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM) and other weeks requiring 5 days of work (Monday-Thursday: 8 AM-4 PM, Friday: 8 AM-3 PM).
