Job purpose
The Branch Manager serves as the leader of a West USA Realty office, focused on supporting and growing our agent community. This role is centered on agent service, retention, and recruitment—treating our agents as valued customers. Success in this role means providing exceptional support, maintaining compliance, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring the branch runs smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities
· Agent Support & Service
Be a daily resource for agents—answering questions, solving problems, and helping them grow their business.
· Recruiting & Retention
Attract new talent and retain existing agents through meaningful relationships, consistent communication, and ongoing support.
· Training & Education
Coordinate sales meetings, CE classes, workshops, and one-on-one agent coaching.
· Risk Management
Ensure office and agent compliance with ADRE laws, company policy, and industry best practices.
· Office Operations
Oversee daily branch readiness (cleanliness, supplies, systems), and supervise office staff as needed.
· Culture & Community
Foster a collaborative, professional environment where agents feel connected, supported, and proud to be part of West USA.
· Additional Duties
Assist with regional efforts, company events, or cross-office support as requested by leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Active Real Estate License or Broker’s License preferred
- Proven recruiting ability and a passion for agent development
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to lead engaging meetings and trainings
- Self-starter with a proactive, service-driven mindset
- Proactive, positive attitude.
Working conditions
Active real estate office which requires interaction with many agents on a daily basis. This job may require long hours looking at a computer screen. May be required to cover for staff or travel to other offices to assist. Hours are Mon. thru Fri. 8am – 5pm (w/1 hour lunch required).
Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
