Sales and Operations Associate

Job Overview
West Vail Liquor Mart in Vail, CO is hiring for multiple Sales Associate positions as well as an Assistant Manager. The both positions are multi-faceted and fast paced. We are hiring both full and part-time. We have positions available for both seasonal and year-round. Full-time positions are typically performed in four 9-10 hour shifts per week. Full time positions, after a grace period, are entitled to 401k, health benefit and paid time off. All employees, both part and full time, will also be given large discounts on all in-store items. We also have a comprehensive delivery system, which results in tips for participating drivers. Any hired candidates could start as soon as possible. We will be continuing to hire until all positions are filled. This role is essential in maintaining a positive shopping experience and ensuring that our store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, interfacing and recommendations
• Product merchandising, display
• Point of sale operations
• Accepting and receiving of incoming products
• Outgoing deliveries (optional)
• Other duties related to overall store operations

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of alcohol products including beer, wine and spirits
• Retail point of sales experience a plus
• Must be able to lift minimum 35 lbs multiple times per shift
