- West Virginia Professional Teacher Certification to teach in the grade levels pursuant to WV Code § 18A-3-2 and§ 18A-3-2a ;
- Criminal background check conducted pursuant to WV Code § 18-5-15c

- Assist with transitioning of incoming and graduating students
- Assist students with scheduling
- Assist with master scheduling planning based on student needs
- Provide student support on issues related to student services
- Assist students with FAFSA and scholarships
- Assist administration and students with transcripts
- Communicate with students, families, and staff graduation requirements as specified in WVBE policy 2510 and county policy
- Prepare reports for school as needed for state and local requirements
- Report and follow directives of the school’s administration
