- Must pass the Service Personnel Competency Test for "Aide", and
- Must have ECCAT II Authorization
- ECCAT Numeracy PreK-3,
- ECCAT Literacy PreK-3,
- ECCAT Special Needs PreK-3
- ECCAT Child Development PreK-3
- To complete ECCAT course assignments, there is a requirement that all ECCAT course participants must be in the same pre-k or kindergarten classrooms for a minimum of five hours per week for each of the 14 weeks that the ECCAT course is in session.

Salary based on experience and position per the attached salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
