- Initiate and facilitate school-based community events and functions.
- Assist principal/assistant principal with scheduling and securing school buses for school sponsored events.
- Assist principal/assistant principal with contacting officials and judges for school functions and events.
- Assist principal/assistant principal with supervision of events as needed.
- Monitor event traffic.
- Assist principal/assistant principal with scheduling, coordinating and maintaining curricular and extra-curricular activities within the school calendar.
- Encourage positive public relations through announcements, school newsletter, etc.
- Coordinate activities with Intramural Director.
- Coordinate school-based community education and college courses, if applicable.
