Instructional Support Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an Instructional Aide to support our special education department. This role will involve assisting teachers with daily classroom tasks and providing individualized support to students as needed.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
• Providing one-on-one support to students in need of extra assistance
• Maintaining a safe and organized learning environment
• Communicating effectively with teachers, students, and parents

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a educational setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
