Position Title: Itinerant LPN/Special Needs Aide/Supervisory Aide/Transportation Aide (Approximately 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
(Times are approximate because this position may be assigned a bus run)
Immediate Supervisor: Principal
Qualifications:
Minimum of Current LPN License
High School Diploma to Sixty College Hours
Certified Aide with Valid First Aid and CPR Cards; Training in Needs of Special Needs Students
Trained in Specialized Health Procedures as Identified for Specific Students
Ability to Understand and Respond to the Needs of Children
Use Oral and Written English Fluently
Interpret and Follow Instructions
Relate Well with School Personnel, Parents and Community
Demonstrate Creativity and Initiative
Maintain Patience and Apply Humor
Display a Positive Outlook toward the Program and Its Students
Ability to lift 50lbs
Perform physical and other health related activities with students as required with applicable IEP or program directions
Employment Term: Remainder of 200 day contract for the 2024/2025 school year

Salary: Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation. Salary Schedules
