Certification:
1. Valid unencumbered West Virginia License as a Registered Nurse (RN) credit by West Virginia Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses.
2. Complete 3 years (6000 clock hours) employment as a registered professional nurse 3 years immediately proceding employment as a faculty member
3. Have or be enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program with completion within 5-7 years of date of hire
4. Have at least 3 years of experience as a registered professional nurse which should include 2 years of patient side nursing care experience in an acute, intermediate or long term care clincal facility
5. One (1) year experience in one or more of the following areas: teaching, supervision or administration; present evidence of continuing education.
240 Day Contract
Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
Vacancy contingent upon the board's approval of the current employee's transfer.
