- WV Professional Teaching Certificate; Meets requirements for certification in Pre-K/Special Needs, Early Education

- Ability to communicate and work effectively with school administrators, school personnel, and parents
- Ability to develop an individualized instructional program to address WV Early Learning Standards Framework (WVELSF).
- Demonstrates organization and management skills
- Demonstrate working knowledge and technology skills necessary for Early Intervention Assessment and IEP Development
- Demonstrate knowledge of county selected curriculum and intervention for specialized needs.
- Demonstrate Knowledge of WV Policy 2525, WV Universal Access to a Quality Early Education System
- Demonstrates ability to work within the school and county Mission and Core Beliefs
- Design and implement appropriate instruction and intervention for Pre-K students based on the WV Quality Early Education

- Analyze data and develop individualized instruction for personalized learning
- Maintain information and resources for effective instructional practices
- Complete Pre-K observations and provide documentation of student progress
- Participate in orientation activities designed for new Pre-K staff
- Participate in professional development opportunities
- Coordinate services with local agencies to provide quality instruction and services to students
- Provide classroom and intervention programs, emphasis on early learning special education
- Perform other duties as assigned, and as necessary for effective program coordination and implementation, by the principal.
