Job Description: The School Exceptional Education Aide supports the instructional program by performing tasks assigned by the special education teacher.

Qualifications: Holds a high school diploma or GED or TASC Holds “Aide” classification and /Sign Language Specialist Classification. Possesses strong oral and written communication skills. Holds valid CPR and first aid cards. Has completed training required for exceptional education aides.

Length of Employment: 200 Days

Daily Schedule: Currently –

Responsibilities: The Exceptional Education Aide shall have the responsibilities and duties as outlined in the Putnam County Schools Job Description Handbook.
