POSITION : Special Education Teachers for Home / Hospital Instruction (Homebound), (up to 4 teachers as needed basis depending on student need)
CONTRACT : 2024-25 School Year
QUALIFICATIONS : Special Education Certification (Multi-categorical)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives for special education students in a Home / Hospital setting
- Collaborate with participating students' special education teacher(s) to fully implement IEP
- Collaborate with participating students' general education teacher(s) to insure student progress
- Provide written documentation of student progress
SUPERVISOR : Special Education Director, Respective Principal
SALARY : Commensurate with degree and years' experience within the following parameters
