JOB DESCRIPTION/
RESPONSIBILITIES: The summer school secretary is responsible for the following duties: handling incoming
communications and outgoing communications (phone and email) with families to coordinate
last minute changes in scheduling and access to summer lab such as late arrivals, early pick-ups, etc.;
ensuring secure access to the building during summer lab hours for students and families; assist the Summer Lab Coordinator/Coach as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of operations of Gilmer County Schools;
Must have successfully passed WV State mandated Secretarial Proficiency Test.
SALARY: Salary based on experience and education level per state salary schedule
